HP C 5000 / 5000 S
The 5000 Series of h.p. cleaners was created to meet the requirements of clients operating in low-temperature environments. In fact, a feature of these models is that they can be equipped with two stainless steel electric heating elements located in the water buffer outside the combustion chamber, to prevent freezing of the water circulating through the coil. The 5000-C model is the insulated version of this series. In addition to the electrical elements, the machine is equipped with a reinforced frame and glass wool insulation, and an insulated cover and heating jacket for the external pipework. The 5000-C model can be used in ambient temperatures as low as -25° C.
VESUVIO SUPER
Vesuvio Super was born in 1981 and is still today the “baby” of the family.
An important feature of this innovative model is that it is equipped with a special coil that functions as a boiler. And as part of its revolutionary design, it has external pipes with water running through it at low temperature, thus eliminating the need for any insulation or protective cover.
This makes the pressure cleaner very safe for the following reasons:
no risk of accidental explosion when switching on due to fumes or unburned fuel residues;
no risk of flooding of the boiler compartment, since there is none;
no overheating of the machine’s internal parts.

The frame and cover undergo hot galvanising in accordance with standard UNI EN ISO 1461. Also available on wheels.
Steam Generators
VAPORIZZATORE 3000
The Vaporizzatore 3000 is a small but versatile quick steam generator producing a free jet at 12 bar max. Free from licenced stoker. Steam is produced by means of a piston pump forcing water to circulate in a controlled way through the AISI 316 steel pipes of a special double coil making 2 passes to obtain the highest yield. There is no need for any firebrick protection or other insulating material. A two stage diesel burner is used. Chemical washing of the coil, in order to eliminate lime scale, is quick and easy. The Vaporizzatore’s instrumentation indicates when descaling should be carried out. This Vaporizzatore is particularly recommended for the following uses:
Thawing of external pipes.
Dissolving of oily drilling mud. This activity is even more effective when carried out using our special MEGA FORTE product.
Flushing and cleaning of internal pipework. Steam is produced by the forced and controlled circulation of water, by means of a piston pump, through the AISI 316 steel pipes of a special dual spiral coil and with 2 passes to obtain the highest yield.
SYNOPTIC PANEL
To complement the product range, we carry out the preparation of special containers on a ‘to order’ basis, that can be fitted out with h.p. cleaners or steam generators. Containers with h.p. cleaners make it possible to set up a single unit containing different types of h.p. cleaner, running off a single fuel tank and that, on request, can be operated remotely using a synoptic panel that displays their operation. Being mobile, this setup is intended for worksites where the activity has to be carried out in different locations, thus avoiding the need to move each item of equipment individually. A container for a Steam Generator is set up as follows:

Cold Water
TURBO JET
TURBO JET is the only cold water model in our range. Compact dimensions, power and robustness are the key features of this power cleaner, making it ideal for use in offshore installations or any situation where space is at a premium. TURBO JET is available in two versions:
Standard
Non-explosive (EEX) The frame and cover undergo hot galvanising in accordance with standard UNI EN ISO 1461
The EEX version is suited for use in zones 1 and 2 where there is a possibility of an explosive atmosphere forming. The control panel, the electric motor and the switch box are ATEX certified in accordance with Directive 94/9/EC, while the control and safety devices are made of stainless steel as also are the accompanying accessories such as the hose and lance. On request, the STANDARD version – can be specially modified to test pressurised circuits, up to a maximum of 500 bar, in which the preset pressure is kept constant throughout operation, or – can be equipped with a sandblasting KIT with appropriate technical features. Insulated Boxes
3000 R / TJ
INSULATED BOX “R” & “TJ” The 5000-S, VAPORIZZATORE 3000 and TURBO JET EEX can be installed in individual modules that are palletisable, insulated and painted, and made to measure for each model. The cabinet is equipped with full-width double doors enabling the side walls and front to be opened fully, facilitating access both to the control instrumentation and for maintenance by the operator. The internal insulation consists of mineral wool panels covered with microexpanded metal to provide a high level of thermal insulation (ambient temperature down to -40° C). The installation of the 5000-S and 3000 Vaporizzatore models requires that the machine be equipped with two stainless steel electric heating elements of 8500W each, while installing the Turbo Jet EEX model requires a 2000W EEx-d electric radiator within the module. On the outside of the cabin there is a control panel that can be used to check that the machine is operating correctly. This configuration is aimed exclusively at Nordic worksites where the extremely low temperatures do not allow for the use of washing or steam generating equipment in the open due to the risk of freezing. In addition, being palletisable, the module can be freely transported and positioned by the operator as needed without then having to return the equipment to an indoor facility once the work is completed.
